For event reservations using the Fleming Field Terminal Conference Room, Lobby Area, or our available ramp, please do the following:
1. Review the calendar to set a date (if you pick a date that is already booked we CANNOT bump anyone).
2. Pick your date and time.
3. Using the Contact Us link let us know all the information for your event, Name, Time, Date(s), whether or not you will be having food catered or delivered.
4. Please follow up with us with a phone call at (651) 554-3350 to ensure that there were no problems.
5. We are now CHARGING for the use of our conference room. This policy went into effect 01/01/2017. The following rates will apply to everyone**. All Rates are Taxable unless a Tax Exempt form is provided.
**Airport Based aeronautical entities will be able to reserve the conference room for free ONCE per month for no more than 8 hours. All other rates still apply.

We do not have a food preparation area, however, we do allow outside food to be brought in. We have developed a list of local catering companies. Although we strive to keep this list up to date, we CANNOT guarantee the accuracy of the information. Food Vendor Link
We have had some requests for hosting of weddings on the airport. Unfortunately, we do not have any hangar space available for these functions. We can host a small reception for 40 – 50 people in our conference room. Please understand that we cannot allow any alcohol at any events in our conference room or terminal.
