The South St. Paul Economic Development Authority is making funds available for homeowners to make improvements to their properties. Center for Energy and Environment shall serve as the administrator for the South St. Paul Loan Programs and will secure the most beneficial financing based on the borrower’s needs independent of the funding source. This program will be available starting in November of 2023.
Most permanent exterior or interior projects, including but not limited to:
Roofing and/or siding
Windows and/or doors
Garage replacement/new construction
Fences and/or permanent landscape
Do I qualify?
Eligible applicants must:
2-16 unit non-owner occupied properties located within South St. Paul (townhomes and condos eligible)
Be a legal resident of the United States of America or a business registered with the MN Secretary of State. Businesses must be at least 2 years old and have a positive cash flow on the most recent Federal Tax Return.
